Most teens aren't getting enough sleep
 - A lack of sleep is as common among teenagers as a smartphone, but too little sleep can affect school work, behavior and health. So the American Academy of Pediatrics recently recommended that school start no earlier than 8:30 a.m. for middle- and high-school students. They cautioned against caffeine use and irregular bed times as well.
